Back to Church in the “New Normal” - starting on 2nd August 2020

At Trowse Church we have a reputation for extending a warm welcome to all, and it has been hard having to close our church building during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We’ve been worshipping via Zoom and this will continue, especially for those who are unable to join us in the building for whatever reason.

As we start holding services in church again, we want everyone to feel part of the same worshipping community, so our Sunday morning Holy Communion will also be broadcast via Zoom, and people worshipping from home will be able to contribute with readings etc. They also have the advantage that they will be able to sing, which we can’t do in the building!

For the time being our pattern of service is as follows:

10. 45 am     Holy Communion in the church, and via Zoom.

6 pm              Evening Prayer from the Book of Common Prayer in the church

1 pm             Midweek Meditation: a time of relaxation, quiet reflection and silent prayer.

                       Everyone is most welcome.

If you arrive a bit early and bring your own packed lunch, we can have a socially-distanced  chat!

Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure everyone’s safety.

With the need for social distancing and possibly contact tracing, it would help if you could let Rosie know in advance if you would like to join us either in church or via Zoom (so she can send you the link).
