CORONAVIRUS LOCKDOWN ARRANGEMENTS

On Thursday 5th November 2020, the government introduced a second lockdown to help control the virus. This is planned to continue until Wednesday 2nd December.

SUNDAYS

During the lockdown public worship is suspended, so Sunday services will not be taking place in the church building. We hope to resume services in the building on 6th December.

We will hold a service by Zoom every Sunday morning at 10.45.

Everyone is most welcome to join this service, which will also be followed by an opportunity to chat.

Please email revrosietrowse@gmail.com for the link.

WEDNESDAYS

Churches can still stay open for individual prayer, so the church will continue to be open on Wednesdays from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.

Face coverings must be worn; and contact tracing, hand sanitizing and social distancing guidance must be followed.

A PRAYER FOR USE AT THIS DIFFICULT TIME

Keep us, good Lord,
under the shadow of your mercy
in this time of uncertainty and distress.
Sustain and support the anxious and fearful,
and lift up all who are brought low;
that we may rejoice in your comfort
knowing that nothing can separate us from your love
in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Amen.
